Volunteer Coordinator

✓ The role combines fieldwork with administrative work
✓ Mapping together with project managers the appropriate tasks for relevant volunteers
✓ Locating volunteers in the community for our projects
✓ Execution of Volunteering project and motivating Volunteers
✓ Ongoing support of volunteers
✓ Volunteer reports tracking


✓ Excellent Human Relations
✓ Capability of team management
✓ Resident of Mitzpe Ramon or the area
✓ Minimum scope of work - 10 monthly hours

✓ Search & locate resources in Israel and abroad in various sectors
✓ Collecting materials about projects
✓ Preparing materials for applications
✓ Editing content & submitting applications in Hebrew or in English
